Voluntary mutual pension funds

The voluntary mutual pension fund is a counter organisation which is founded by the decision of natural people or by employees after the initiation of their employer, according to the principle of independence reciprocity, solidarity and voluntarity.

To the foundation at least 15 natural people are required.
 

As it seems, the voluntary pension fund is a counter organisation, which provides pension service to the members or to their close relatives after the retirement age, from the amount recorded on their private account, according to the rules laid in the articles of association. (the pension service is a payment provided in one amount, as annuity, or with the combination of these solutions.
The fund provides its services from membership dues based on individual accounts. The due's lowest level (it's called standard due) is determined by the articles of association.
