How do you recognize the reliable shop?

Practical experience has shown that a reliable shop lets consumers to get the important and relevant informations, easily and in the manner required by law.
Act CVIII. 2001 forces the operator to place the data shown below on the webshop's webpage, easily to reach.

• The service name, the name of the representative
• The service provider's address, place of establishment;
• Contact your service provider, for contact, regularly used e-mail address;
• To the fiscal services;
• Way of complain as it is described in 1997th CLV. Act

We recommend to the consumers, that only use services of a webshop if there can be found information concerning the consumer, because then we can trust that legitimate, consumer rights in respect of commercial space has been found.
